Since 2016, my practice has specialized in working with executives, senior military leaders, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. It is common for people to primarily identify themselves through careers, relationships, or societal roles. However, these external identifiers seldom reflect the entirety of an individual's inherent worth or purpose.
This issue is particularly prevalent among parents, women, veterans, first responders, executives, and other professionals whose responsibilities often demand considerable self-sacrifice. Although reflecting on and occasionally stepping back from these roles can be challenging, it is a constructive and necessary process. By fostering self-awareness and recognizing values that extend beyond occupational or social labels, individuals may achieve enhanced tranquility and well-being, ultimately benefiting both themselves and those around them.
Identifying behavioral patterns underlying everyday actions and understanding the connection between identity and these patterns can yield transformative insights. Prioritizing self-care—encompassing mental, physical, and emotional health—is essential in demonstrating responsibility and appreciation for one’s potential.

As a woman, wife, mother, grandmother and coach my faith in God helps me to see all people as they truly are incredible human beings of divine worth.
